Franka Doris Homeless Support Officer
I thought it was very well organised, as
usual. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The food was
good too. I made a couple of useful contacts as well. Overall,
it was relaxed and informative.

I attended the above Drop-In and
was extremely impressed with the work of the Homeless Voice
The drop-in was informative and
gave a very clear understanding of the Homeless Voice purpose –
to engage homeless people and give them confidence in their own
abilities and promote self-esteem.
The residents who were helping
with the teas/coffees were well presented and very manner able
and were good ambassadors’ for homeless people.

I attended the Homeless Voice
Christmas drop in on 14th of December. The group was
very welcoming and were keen to let people know what Homeless
Voice was about. I found that staff and service users were very
enthusiastic about the group and was impressed by the level of
commitment that was shown. The service users I spoke to were all
extremely positive about Homeless Voice and gave examples of how
the group had benefitted them.

and Strategic Commissioning, Perth and Kinross Council
I was so pleased to be invited to
this Christmas drop-in which was well organised, full of tasty
food and a great chance to talk to all those involved. It
demonstrated a real team effort with the group supporting each
other and showing what they can achieve individually and
together. I’m looking forward to continuing to link with the
group during the year.
